HANDIFY INC. d/b/a HANDIFY Jewelry, its parents, affiliates, and related companies (“HANDIFY,” “we,” “us,” “our”) value transparency and respect your privacy. Please read this policy carefully. This Privacy Policy describes the ways we collect, use, and share the information you may provide to us through the HANDIFY website www.handifygroups.com , its microsites, mobile websites, mobile applications, and your use of interactive features, widgets, plug-ins, content, products, assets, downloads and/or other online services that we own and control or that post a link to these Terms (collectively, the “Website”) and rights you may have relating to such information.

 

This policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this page and may be updated from time to time to keep with HANDIFY developments or evolving legal or regulatory requirements, so please check this policy periodically for updates. This section describes the types of personal information we may collect about you. Such information is generally collected either (i) directly from your voluntary engagement with the Website or HANDIFY services; or (ii) automatically from you when you interact with the Website.

  • Contact and account information. In order to set up an account we may collect your name, phone number, address, and email address. 
  • Purchase information. To complete a purchase from HANDIFY, we may collect your credit card information, billing address, shipping address, or other payment information. If you need to apply for credit, we may collect further information such as social security number and employment-related information to facilitate connecting you with a credit vendor.

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. Children.

The Website and HANDIFY services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such information from our servers. Your rights.

The European Economic Area provides certain rights to data subjects under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object and to complain). We will handle verified requests to access, correct, or delete your information within thirty (30) days unless the request is unusually extensive or complex, in which case we will inform you of the expected timeline for handling your particular request.

 

If you are a California resident, certain rights may be accorded to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including:

  • The Right to Access: You may request, up to 2 times each year, that we disclose to you the categories and specific pieces of information that we have collected about you.
  • The Right to Delete: You may request that we delete any personal information that we have collected from or about you.

In accordance with the CCPA, in addition to the details described above, we make the following disclosures:

We will handle verified requests to access, correct, or delete your information within forty-five (45) days unless the request is unusually extensive or complex, in which case we will inform you of the expected timeline for handling your particular request. We do not discriminate against any California residents who exercise any of their rights described in this Privacy Policy.
